Tell your friends ACTIONOPOLIS is here!

For FREE COMIC BOOK DAY the Phoenix Store, ATOMIC COMICS, will have me signing along with Daniel Way, Charlie Huston, Raven Gregory, Steve Dillon, Steve Epting, Michael Lark, Ed Brubaker, Mike Kunkel, Marat Michaels, Scott Kolins, Patrick Sherberger, Chris Giarusso, & James Owen among others. I’ll be promoting the new Actionopolis line of books from KOMIKWERKS.

My buddy and fellow Actionopoliser ADAM BEECHEN (Robin) will also be in Phoenix at ALL ABOUT BOOKS AND COMICS signing comics and promoting his ACTIONOPOLIS book ?What I Did on my Hypergalactic Interstellar Summer Vacation?.

The April PREVIEWS catalogue has the ad for our new book Zapt! on page 337. Please let your retailer know. It’s an all ages book which should make for a fine Christmas or birthday gift for anyone. Our artist Armand Villavert,Jr. did an amazing job taking Giffen’s and my script to the next level. I’ve been a huge fan of Armand’s for a while. Armand, Giffen and I collaborated on some of the KOMIKWERKS books but it’s been a real joy to work on something as high profile as a TokyoPop book because Armand will finally get the recognition he deserves!

Well, in a few hours I’ll be on stage promoting our new book line. Should be fun! Looking forward to seeing Jeff Mariotte and Michael Stackpole again. Both are great guys. Jay Fotos and Russel Davis will also be there and though I’ve communicated with both via email it’ll be fun to finally meet. Derek Benz and Jon Lewis will also be there promoting their new Scholastic book so stop by and say hi to them as well! See ya’ll soon!
